  Bad attention! They think they are doing you a great favor by serving you. During the hour and a half that I was waiting I was able to observe how their employees slow everything down, talk to each other, etc. After serving a client, the girls take about 5 minutes to organize their things, then they go through a door and appear 10 minutes later with the face of a great businessman solving the world! Everything slow waiting for the other to solve! The manager of that branch is a disaster, he has no idea how customers should be taken care of. I tell everyone that Vision Banco is the worst!

  Their customer service is excessively slow, you lose at least 1 hour and a half to get service and it happens in all branches

  It is incredible that an entity does not give priority to pregnant women or mothers with babies in their arms, especially in times of pandemic, it is a great shame, they should be fined.
