During the hour and a half that I was waiting I was able to observe how their employees slow everything down, talk to each other, etc. After serving a client, the girls take about 5 minutes to organize their things, then they go through a door and appear 10 minutes later with the face of a great businessman solving the world! Everything slow waiting for the other to solve! The manager of that branch is a disaster, he has no idea how customers should be taken care of. I tell everyone that Vision Banco is the worst!
