::While in Asuncion, I would go to Parque de la Salud2-3 times/week to jog, bike and walk with our family and play . A real nice island of peace with mature trees, birds, butterflies. The dedicated walk/bikes trails going around the park are mostly paved. It is about 1.5km (trails). Very friendly, safe and free!

::Green Area where you can enjoy nature. It posses a circle street surrounded by nature and old trees and gardens. You can walk, running, jogging. You cannot get inside pets or bicycle.
