  While in Asuncion, I would go to Parque de la Salud2-3 times/week to jog, bike and walk with our family and play . A real nice island of peace with mature trees, birds, butterflies. The dedicated walk/bikes trails going around the park are mostly paved. It is about 1.5km (trails). Very friendly, safe and free!

  Jogging and cycling paths and nice gardens all around. The children playground is well kept and there is plenty of parking space.

  Green Area where you can enjoy nature. It posses a circle street surrounded by nature and old trees and gardens. You can walk, running, jogging. You cannot get inside pets or bicycle.
