  A waste of time. It is convenient for them to manage in other branches. They are given during the day in other branches, but in this one they make unnecessary protocols and protocols and you end up wasting time and money because they ask for documents that were not needed

  Well... there were 25 people and I only had 1 hour of time and very fast attention, you know? In just 30 minutes I was attended to and I even had time to eat lunch.
