  The customer service is horrible, the cashiers are very rude and when you make a complaint they argue with you instead of apologizing. His tausers don't always work. They make you wait a long time. The tickets are classified by series and the last time I went, the 3 boxes advanced only one series for an hour and a half, they resumed the other series after many customer complaints.
