  Spacious and comfortable place when it comes to talking about a bank, very clean and tidy, very well-trained staff and good communication with the public or client. Due to public road work carried out in its adjacent areas, entry is a bit complicated if it is the first time you visit said banking agency.

  They are slow and no one knows how to respond to anything. A simple card takes more than 1 month to make, what a shame in fast vision they do it in less than 8 days and here it has been for more than a month and the simple card is still not there

  Terrible Itaú. Better to go to another entity that is more serious and committed to its clients. Unfortunately there is no lower than 1 star.

  They have 4 boxes, but only 2 are enabled. This morning there were over 100 people inside, lots of stops. Out of respect for their customers, they should enable at least one more box.
