  They need more service personnel... Their sign said they were open until 3:00 p.m. And under that criterion I left work on my lunch hour, I walked 20 blocks under the midday sun (40 around the corner), all so that when I arrived they told me that they couldn't serve me because the official who worked there was going to lunch, being that I sacrificed my lunch hour and rest to be able to open an account to be able to collect my salary via transfer...
