  It seems to me that the officials should adapt to the schedule of the other banks, thus helping to improve the capacities of each one of them and they will see more productivity, and it will create a better work environment. I hope you can take this into account, also don't forget that you can opt for home office. They will have happier employees and higher performance.

  I went to this place to pick up a card, everything was fine, except for a small detail that was when I wanted to enter the app that asked me for a password, to which I called customer service and they told me that I had to log in again. the branch to ask for my password... and (logically) they could have made me avoid this waste of TIME if only they had given me or warned me that to use the app I would have to ask them for a password. As if I have plenty of time.
