  All the streets need to be repaired and paved.. And more buses are needed.. There is still a lack of water and electricity goes out all the time

  I am from downtown Ypane, my complaint is against our politician because the downtown part is all very nice, but I come a little further from downtown. It's already a mess ugly road. Garbage x the streets disaster
