  Pure marketing .. if you are not a person who represents a potential client, if you are «a simple last year university student of an administrative career trying to find out and promote the services they offer and the bank as a company» .. the balls are passed and they wash their hands .. their mission and vision of customer service nothing to do .. many expectations .. quite the opposite ..
