  It's so hard to update the opening hours. I do not recommend this bank! They renew the card without seeing it expired or requesting the renewal!

  they work disgustingly and badly, they "lost" my proof of payment and they don't register it. They take more than 45 minutes to finalize documentation and they spend their time drinking coffee behind the boxes. A disaster.

  Terrible service regarding notifying your customers... I had a problem with a savings bank and they didn't even bother to notify me... I don't recommend this bco...
