::The service in this place is a disaster. There is only one customer service officer, he calls whoever he wants and, instead of expediting service, he talks about anything with customers. I waited for over an hour and fifteen minutes to set up a basic savings account and, in the end, I had to leave without being attended to because I had another commitment. This bank has gone from bad to worse!!!
