  45 minutes of waiting for a simple management in Customer Service. Put more people to work and stop being so stingy.

  The service in this place is a disaster. There is only one employee in customer service, he calls whoever he wants and, instead of speeding up the service, he talks about anything with the customers. I waited for more than an hour and fifteen minutes to set up a basic savings account, and in the end, I had to leave without being attended to because I had another commitment. From bad to worse this bank!!!

  Terrible customer service in 1 hour that I waited 3 people attended and 8 left without attending when I complained they told me that the person who attended before me had been waiting for an hour and a quarter waiting for a disaster

  Over an hour to cash a check!! There wasn't even a queue as usual and there weren't many people either! On top of that, you have to get a ticket! POOR ATTENTION
