  The ticket system is quite poor, as they make you wait a long time while you see that other people who arrived after you are already being attended to. They should improve and fix it according to the order of arrival and not classify by the type of service chosen. In general, the service is quite good and pleasant.

  Good attention, it just takes a long time for them to attend to you, but they do attend very well...

  Terrible attention, actually the word terrible still does not describe it... 1 hour 30 minutes and you leave without being attended because in an hour thirty the service ends patience. 👎
