  The place is beautiful but the service is unfortunately terrible. The waitress could not explain some options on the menu (for example, the coffee that bears the name of the establishment), they brought us our orders one after another, the girls at the bar were with friends talking and people were not being served, so They had to come and place the orders. The menu is good and has a lot of potential, it's a shame that not many of those options were available.

  They cannot operate without invoices!! The premises should not be open if they do not have invoices. I asked for a simple invoice and it turns out that they did not have "because the owner brought the checkbook to invoice another client" thinking that she would return soon I told her that the next day I would come back to collect my invoice and they said yes, without problems , the next morning I found out that the client in question was from ASUNCIÓN AND THAT THE OWNER WAS IN ASUNCIÓN, as point number 1 she lied to me and as point number 2 they cannot take invoices in Asunción (where they do not have premises) and leave Its only place (in Concepción) without real bills, which is very unpleasant.

  Beautiful place, nice atmosphere, but very little friendliness, the juice we ordered tasted like rust. They must improve attention and take more care of what they serve.. 👌
