  They sold us a phone that is not compatible with 4G in Paraguay without notifying us, because of that Google map (said by its technician) works badly so now I have a new phone that does not work. As for the attention, they are polite and friendly.

  This company does not support its customers, be careful when they buy something and the product must be sent via transport. Its shipping protocol is very simple and cannot be applied to all shipments. They ignore the problem as they contract the shipping charge to the buyer, without explaining to the customer the procedures for receiving the merchandise. Sending a Game Box is not the same as a 65 "TV. 🙃

  A vendedora informou um preço, ao retornar 10 minutos depois o valor mudou 10 mil guaranis mais caro. Bom que a loja abre aos domingos.
