  A unique experience in terms of gastronomy. Disruptive traditional food in the most exquisite way. The combination of flavors with local products is a hug to the soul. I particularly recommend the mushroom croquettes with black garlic sauce, the fish ceviche, and any meat-based dish. I swear you won't regret experimenting with flavors with these dishes, but for me, a sweet lover, rice pudding with white chocolate is the crown with gems of this culinary empire.
