  Much needs to be improved in terms of personalized attention, there's a reason you take the trouble to go to the office, right? They want to ship you quickly and it is not a bakery.

  I am an elderly person, and I went to the Local to ask for explanations about my account status. They did not take good care of me, because they could not give me information about my query. The person who assisted me was a trainee along with his trainer. Bad image for the Bank, the lack of empathy with the customer. I am an HR trainer.

  They are a very good entity for the services, but for the customer service there is a lot to be done, the app is very old when I start the playstore... it needs to be updated, not very intuitive. And if there is a problem with the system on a weekend bye there is no coverage for the cards , but in terms of services that they offer very varied and good
