::The attention through digital channels is terrible, they limit themselves to answering you, but they do not solve the complaints or problems. To avoid bad moments/stress, I heartily suggest that you look for another bank, since Sudameris is not interested in solving customer complaints. They will thank me later 😉

::I have had a terrible experience banking with them. The call center doesn't help you with anything, all they do is replying like a robot and telling they will take your request to the 'specific area'. The internal organization is awful, particularly in the customer service and insurance areas. If you need an insurance broker, go directly to the insurance company and avoid using this bank as a broker at all costs!

::My Banco Regional was bought by Sudameris. The service seems to be completely dismissed, the new "service" a disaster. A transfer from D (Deutsche Bank) was sent back twice, each time €98. No employee can/will tell me !Why!. I am now moving to the BNF

::I REALLY don't know what's going on with sudamerisbank TODAY the customer service was always very good but TODAY, July 4th, from the MORNING I wanted to contact a representative and it's already 5:00 PM and they NEVER helped me.... IT'S REALLY A SHAME. .
