::A wood fire is cooked đ¤¤đđ˝
Miguel Angel AlarcĂłn Bobadilla
::The site is a sanctuary for good cooking and eating well. Proudly popular and with a flavor that until today I have not found in any other establishment in Pilar. The firewood gives heat, color and flavor to their dishes, all cooked in iron pots. All the science of our ancestors is applied in the selection of the raw material, the way to make the "avatisoka", the use of the mill, the type of pot and the cooking time. It wasn't time for the "terere rupa" so we didn't try the sesina empanada, there wasn't any more, it's never enough. It was not a day for "chastaka" or "vori vori", nor for locro or fish chupinazo. It was a late arrival Saturday and we had leftover chicken noodles with mebeju (healthier than bread) and a fresh grated Paraguayan cheese whose taste tickled the soul. I put it among my photos. Without going to Pilar without trying the traditional flavor of firewood in a dish from this dining room, they go without knowing a landmark of the city, and without knowing the art of those who knew how to cook in their "tapýÎ" with secular style.
