  The professionals are very good, but the attention they give you leaves a lot to be desired, starting from the guard. Which is disrespectful, I went urgently because there was a wire stuck in my throat and he didn't even let me through, I had to look for a place to sit, almost minutes after no one came to tell me anything, I decided to leave to continue looking for help, I tell the guard that I'm leaving and he answers that the professional is coming... Obviously I was no longer there to wait, I told him that I had already waited too long that I need EMERGENCY help, AND I PROCEEDED TO GET INTO MY VEHICLE WHICH MR. "SECURITY" IN A LOUD AND AUGHTY VOICE TELLS ME "LEAVE". I don't answer him or anything, but I'm left with that image. How bad we are in terms of health and looking for something better, receiving this is a shame so as not to discredit the institution more than what its own staff already takes care of!!
