::We visited Don Pablo on Sunday, July 2, 2023. We were VERY disappointed in the entire visit. Of course it was crowded as it frequently is on Sundays. We entered and waited on someone to direct us to a table--no one ever greeted us. Eventually my wife went looking for a waiter while I waited at the entrance. She eventually found a waited who directed her to a table in a corner of the air-conditioned room. We waited for 20 minutes and no one visited our table or even stopped by to check on us. HORRIBLE service! After attempting to call several waiters to our table, we chose to leave. Even as we rose to leave, there was no attempt to speak to us or ask how our visit was. It seems Don Pablo wants the folks to visit but once there, there is either no culture of customer service or they intentionally understaff with waiters (to save money?). Either way, it was a really bad experience and one we won't attempt to repeat.

::Delicious food at a reasonable price. The service was a little inattentive. However, this did not limit our stay is recommended.

::Good place to have tasty food. I don't give it 5 stars because the service was messy. I don't know if they were short on staff tho. Parrillita is recommended for lunch, and to drink strawberry juice.

::Clean plates all around. Iām relatively new to eating out around Paraguay in general but we was in at 12:30, ordered, food arrived 12:33. I had the spaghetti with meat, really tender and lovely. My partner had the meat in batter? I think. Her meat was okay, and our 3rd to the party had the nioccis (my spelling is terrible sorry) but he loved this too. We would recommend the pitstop at this lovely rustic venue. I wish I had a photo for you to see if the food but it all happened so fast! On a side note, the people here were lovely!
