::El Pombero Tatakua is my favorite place to grab pizza in all of Paraguay. The owner is so kind and clearly is passionate about his job. I had the chance to chat with him about his restaurant and he told me that he received training in traditional wood-fire pizza making from an Italian in Asuncion and I believe it. With plenty of pizza varieties and delicious fresh fruit juice, El Pombero Tatakua is definitely worth a visit (or two).
