  I was surprised by the bad attention of the administrative or collection staff. In addition the bathrooms of 4 toilets only 1 had toilet paper. Not to mention that one of the lavatories did not work and only the boiling water came out of it. Obviously there is no quality control and the truth is that the services are quite expensive.
