  I understand this bakery is fairly new, and it is off to a great start. It is clean and as well-organized as one could expect from a smal shop. There is some parking right in front, off the street, which helps because the neighborhood is a mix if residential and business. It sells panettone and various pastries and a vegan fudge. So far, I have tried their cinnamon roll and their "cookie" with cardamom. The cinnamon roll's pastry is amazingly flakey and tasty like a croissant with an addictive frosting (not as sweet as, but more delicious than, that of Cinnabon). The dough of the cookie is best described as just like a scone. The cookie is smaller than a scone, without frosting, and with the perfect amount of cardomom. The only way Oveja Negra could improve on what they are making is to offer a cardomom roll that is is like cinnamon roll. I look forward to adding to this review!
