::Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience, I ordered a pizza and it simply didn't arrive, I had a visit at home and with almost nothing in the fridge, as I had arrived on a trip, I insisted until midnight, so in order not to let the visit go to sleep on an empty stomach, I ended up making them an omelette. The other day, the company got in touch to apologize, they even said they were going to send a complimentary pizza, I said that I had really been very embarrassed in front of the visits, and I thanked them for the gesture, and apparently they also forgot the pizza they were going to send . Anyway, the question really was the day I ordered the pizza, I think that from the time I ordered it until midnight, if they weren't locating the pizza they should have made another one and sent it again, I'd send a message every 10 minutes, explaining the situation , without having food at home for the visits, it was not a pleasant experience. I believe that the company needs to review its attention to customers and someone who has knowledge of crisis management would be interesting.
