  Unpleasant staff, dirty tables, don't go to this place, it's not worth it.. incredible that it still has people.. I would give zero stars for the service if I could!

  We arrived at approximately 10 pm, they take our order, a while later they tell us that the meat that they would prepare shortly is finished, then more families arrive, same process, the final delay was approximately 30 minutes, which was not the problem, only that when the orders were delivered they came out All except ours, when complaining to the supervisor, she asks me what the problem is, the complaint was obvious. Ask why the delay was our order and the others were already there, it was absurd when they told me that our burger has vegetables, the supervisor's lack of empathy and preparation was the icing on the cake so we decided to buy our order from Burger King. The cashiers and the others are very friendly.

  I went early at 11:35 or so, they took great care of me, in less than 5 minutes my order was already there. The food is very rich. The truth without complaints. excellent service for me

  Terrible product they deliver! The potatoes were not cooked to the minimum required point, the burger was not; It was cold, it seems like they spit out every ingredient in the burger (photo), the ingredients were cut like they were feeding a buffalo. Hot soda without ice. The unpresentable staff. The only saving grace is that they give you the dressings without asking for them... then everything is horrible. The staff changed and the quality of the combos dropped to 0. Please, Audit, field control, they have to do something to verify what they are giving. PS: Due to the rush I did not review the content well and the truth is that one should trust from the beginning in what they give you, even more so since it is a renowned franchise. I don't know what else to say, everything is a disaster!
