  Everything that was supposed to be included also wasnt. Food was edible at best, rooms were only semi clean. Incredibly misleading. And when I attempted to get a refund when I needed to leave the country, they did everything they could to prevent it so that they could keep my money and leave me in a lurch. Stay elsewhere, you’ll be glad you did!

  This is a great boutique hotel. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are great. There is a pool and restaurant on the 8th floor with great views over the city. The prices for food and drinks are really reasonable (not always the case in hotels). Breakfast was delicious and really varied. I’d thoroughly recommend this place.

  Very good value for money hotel in Encarnacion. Nice staff Nice rooms and very pleasant terrace on the last floor with bar and swiming pool with an awsome view of the landscape.

  Good overall experience. The hotel was clean, although decoration a bit over the top, and our room was big with a view over Encarnacion from our 7th floor. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious, really top quality. Why I can't give Luxsur five stars is because the weird feeling in the lobby. The staff hardly ever said hello or even acknowledged you when you came or went (except one, who I suppose is the manager) and we got the feeling we shouldn't be asking them anything or even say good night. Otherwise, we had a really pleasant stay!
