  Terrible attention from the "doctor" LIZ MATTO. We took my mom, an insured cancer patient. He did not want to receive him in his office, he did not want to listen to him, he did not want to even touch him to check him out. He referred directly to central IPS so that they can see him there, without any suggestion or even a miserable piece of paper to go directly to the place where my mother can be treated. Unprofessional, zero vocation, zero patience and empathy. I hope they never have to consult with her.

  Terrible attention, whenever I go the average waiting time is 5 hours, the last time I went at 2:00 p.m., I left at 7:30 p.m. :/

  A single doctor in the emergency room for more than 50 people, more than 4 hours of waiting... the majority of patients with the same symptoms... are not able to organize themselves better and expedite care even at night.

  Very bad attention and it takes forever... worst of all is that they don't have any medication... I never have to be badly attended. They are always fast and usually before if they gave you a remedy... now nothing.
