  Tenderloins, Arab and Milanese tenderloins are found in many places, few with the care and art of this San Pedrana cuisine. Balance in its ingredients, without excess fat and generous portion. Rich, cheap and fresh under the guayaivi frescoes that adorn its sidewalk. Jimenna Lomitería is one of those places where they don't serve you soon because they are very busy, but they treat you well and it's worth the wait. Its owner is a person with whom my partner, my colleagues and I were admiring. Good for her, her two girls and her husband.
