  Very good city. Very good people. Very organized without much garbage on the streets and sidewalks. But little water and a lot of dust. If you arrive during the rainy season it is a paradise.

  They were all very hardworking but there was a lot of racism to this day against the Paraguayans and the indigenous people, since the indigenous people first belonged to them, they were the owners.
