  I improved a lot by having the medical specialty center separated from the central hospital, however there is still a need to improve training in customer service of the scheduling and confirmation system.

  The good thing is that the insured has consultations and hospitalizations at no cost. The bad thing is that there are almost no medications and those insured must look elsewhere for the medications that the institute does not have! That is unacceptable with the amount of money contributed and the number of people insured! Ample parking space!
