::After selling us a premium room with a balcony and views in a new building, it turns out that it does not have a balcony or views, so they changed us to another supposedly "premium" room in front of the pool where the TV remote is without batteries, the toilet smells of sewer and everything very old, as the bad smell was "normal" from this room they finally moved us back to another old room but at least it didn't smell bad. When you say go back to the first room it turns out that it is already reserved, when we were the only ones in the hotel. On the other hand, the food was good and the laundry service too.
