  Garbage. Poor building, poor furniture, bad food, no discount even though 3 stayed for 3months

  Sometimes we had good experiences at this hotel but lately we're not happy anymore. Old facility and lazy staff. Definitely looking for a different place next time.

  I really liked this hotel! Clean, a/c in the rooms, 2 nice pools, great buffets for all meals... The staff is very efficient and helpful!

  Amazing personal experience at the Portal Del Sol from the United States. Staff understood enough English to be able to assist me with my needs for my volunteer trip. I will be going back to this great hotel experience!
