  No frills. But clean sheets and towels. Clean room and bathroom. With wifi and without breakfast. Good price. Very familiar.

  Clean place, with air conditioning, TV, bathroom. On Sundays they generally serve breakfast, so you should go eat at the bakeries with cafes. The one near UTCD is delicious and at a good price, as long as you are not very demanding.
