  Centrally located hotel in Villarrica. 300mts from main square. Rooms are new and clean, with balconies over the street. Nice views of the city and mountains. The top floor is also a ballroom so it could be noisy if there is an event going on. Breakfast is rather basic. Parking is also limited but you can park on the street.

  The service is overall good - the owner is extremely helpful and friendly but cannot (logically) meet every guest. It is basically a better equipped motel but does not get close to an actual hotel. Yet, it can cover most needs for a short trip or for a trip during which you just need a place where to spend the nights.

  Awful hotel. Don't bother with it. Mind you, you won't have a lot of choice in this area.

  The room was spacious and clean. It smelled a bit of cigarette, but wasn't too bad. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very minimal.
