  This is a world class hotel in one of Paraguay's most beautiful city. The restaurant reminds me of Paris.

  One of the best hotels I have experienced anywhere. The staff is professional and courteous. They are very eager to help and satisfy. The owner is very personable and cares greatly about the experience of his guests. The bar staff is knowledgeable and professional as well. As for the food in the restaurant, it is top notch. Definitely ask the waiter about the ceviche that is off the menu! I would definitely stay there again should we return to Pilar!
