  Excellent place to live, very clean & hygienic. Best place to live as a student, apart from the place being clean and safe we ​​still don't need to move, everything we need as a student has here, kitchen, shared laundry and room with individual bathroom, the owner is very attentive and solves any problem that arises, I haven't had any inconveniences since I arrived, just benefits, the price is not unrealistic, it's very fair, and the neighborhood has its benefits such as the upper street market, lactolanda, pechugon, and several stores of whatever things we need to survive .

  The best place to stay, in my case it was a medical intern and many of my colleagues stayed at this hotel too, I highly recommend this hotel, the owners are attentive, it is close to the hospital, there is a market nearby, an ice cream shop next door, I highly recommend it!
