  They have to prioritize older adults especially those of 3rd. age also children in the emergency room sometimes there is only 1 doctor that can not be. Greetings hugs and blessings

  Excellent outpatient care. And the same in emergencies. Patients are treated according to severity. Very clean, external waiting area protected from the weather. All officials without exception with pleasant treatment. I am from Lambaré, I went to the Hospital in my city, but the treatment from EVERYONE was depressing, My husband with a feverish state and body pain. A lot of us were waiting in the emergency room but no one answered. And the ugly, uncomfortable, dirty and still clean building part looks dirty. They serve reluctantly, degradingly, without explaining the instructions well. A shame. I got to know the place in times of a pandemic and I had the best of concepts from them. Now, not even remains of that excellent human quality. Sad. I hope they will change. Force Hospital of Villa Elisa!!

  Shelters were added for family members of those hospitalized due to COVID. 50 meters from the entrance there was a private parking lot that has now become the HOPE CENTER. A Christian group offers emotional support and prayer especially for the families of those admitted to the hospital. They also serve very complete snacks, almost dinners, every day. It shows that they strive to provide a good service and it is free.
