  Beautiful place; but I don't give 5 stars because the stay included a bike ride; which were with all the wheels detached and in poor condition...the staff should have better treatment, the horseback riding is only in the morning; information that the staff did not know how to specify, they do not allow food or drinks to be brought in (everything is fine we finished that) but they set reasonable prices not excessive... we opted to go out to eat in the town of San José...

  Terrible customer service, I complained at reception and on WhatsApp and they didn't even give me a refund. The horse ride did not exist and at times the water went away. The only thing that stands out is the landscape and nature. San José a beautiful city.
