The property has a swimming pool, barbecue area, bathrooms, soccer field, and a large patio with a wide variety of trees native to the region (Handroanthus impetiginosus, Zanthoxylum rhoifolium, Plinia cauliflora, etc.), which makes it possible to enjoy nature and disconnecting from the urban area; where you could camp. If desired, it is also possible to rent the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen that the place has. At night it is possible to admire and appreciate a large number of stars in the sky due to the absence of light pollution in the area.
