  Summary: Terrible service, poor customer service, poor quality materials, no attention to detail or job completion. Low price / quality ratio. My experience with this company is lousy. First of all, they did not meet the agreed delivery deadline, although by mutual agreement we postponed the delivery date. When I asked if the car was ready for retirement, they say yes. When I get to the place, surprise! They are still working on the vehicle, doing work that they offered to give me as a gift. After 20 minutes they realize that the work cannot be done and they tell me at the time (in the previous three days nobody bothered to do the work). I notice that the terminations of the requested works and to my surprise, they did not take care of the details, when claiming they tell me that they will not charge me for the work and that the work could not be done in the quality I wanted (why do they commit? ?). I needed a good job to be done and not a poorly done gift job. When manipulating the upholstery they broke a fastener (clasp). Before my claim they decide to solve by gluing the upholstery with silicone. With silicone! They marred the top of the silicone upholstery. The damage is irrecoverable. In the face of complaints, the answer was always: that was done / coordinated / verified by another person, without solving the problem. The delay in delivery was approximately 50 minutes (time that I do not have spare) and many annoyances for the poorly done work.
