  I lived in this building for 8 months (January-September 2023). Positive points: close to the Lambaré General Hospital, fair price (G$2,600,000), planned furniture, hot water, air conditioning, cameras in the apartments. Negative points: tight parking, near an event space with a lot of noise, no exhaust, bad smell in the parking lot, common areas with little security.

  A deceptive building, 100% humidity grabs your furniture, things, a disaster, they tell you that it is pet friendly and then when you are already installed they charge you more for having pets, ask well and have them do things in writing, because then the administration says that in their regulations it is like this blah blah blah and they end up charging you what they want, lousy place to live
