  I sampled the "matambre de carne," and it was satisfying. The meat was tender, packed with flavor, and served in a reasonably sized portion. However, it lacked the accompaniment of mandioca, and the presentation left much to be desired. In contrast, other restaurants present this dish on a wooden plate alongside mandioca and provide side dipping sauces with a refreshing hint of lemon. Regrettably, in this particular instance, I received only the skewer without these additional elements.

  I went hungry for dinner, there was no one to charge me, the girl who served me had no desire to bring me the raw and cold roast, I asked her to cook me a little more, to which she reluctantly accepted, then she brought me the roast again and again raw (and now that it happened in the news that the lomiterias sell horse meat) that was why it never looked cooked because it was horse meat, it's a shame that the place, the employees and the food went to the trash.

  Very tough matambre roast. Good flavor, but very hard. The meat one had better moments. A pity. Hopefully it was an isolated event and that it hasn't dropped in level. The service, very good.
