::The opening times from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. are a total lie! If you are lucky, the post office is open until 12:00 noon, but you don't have to show up before 8:00 a.m. There are computers, but almost everything is still recorded there on paper. Is that really up to date? Anyone who receives several letters must expect that they will be stapled together as ice. This will damage the content, such as documents. The post doesn't care. Post is supposed to come from abroad twice a week, daily from within Germany and every two weeks parcels and letters without a tracking number. The real purpose of the post is far from being true.
