  Mercado Cuatro is the place in Asunción to seek a variety of strange green leaves and roots laid out near a large pestle and mortar, these are remedios to put in a tereré or mate. Look for the food section in the first floor of the large building of the mercado itself. Entrance is on Avenida Pettirosi.
