  The attention at the reception should improve, they do not answer the phone, they only contact by WhatsApp, they do not follow up on the reservations made by this means and they do not sell you the place when contacting them, and if you stay in bungalows you have no way of communicating with the reception or restaurant. The rest is excellent... the rooms are very comfortable, the property is super well cared for, the pool area is well distributed for children & adults and the staff is very friendly. Suggestions to raise the level of the complex: - Bilingual menu, more options for celiacs and vegetarians. - Guest satisfaction survey. - Improvement in the distribution of the internet signal.
