  Bad attention from the only cashier authorized at the Paseo 14/5 branch, I was in line from 07:15 in the morning until 10:00 with the intention of paying my DJ, said cashier mentioned that the payment is no longer being made in person and that I only have to do it through the application, I asked customer service about it and they confirmed that it was incorrect information on the part of the cashier. Terrible, inefficient and incompetent service!!

  Unpleasant environment, under high temperature conditions and little shelter on rainy days
