  Poor attention from the only cashier enabled at the Paseo 14/5 branch, I was in line from 07:15 in the morning to 10:00 with the intention of paying my DJ, said cashier mentioned that payment is no longer made in person and that I only have to do it through the application, consult customer service about it and they confirm that it was erroneous information on the part of the cashier. Terrible, inefficient and incompetent care!!
